By The Associated Press

LEBANON, Maine - State Police say the woman whose body were found in a Lebanon well last week is Frances Moulton, who was 25 when she disappeared nearly three years ago.

The positive identification was made Monday by the State Medical Examiner's Office, based on work completed at the State Police DNA Lab. The medical examiner also determined that the death was a homicide, although the cause of death is not being released.

State Police detectives, working with Sanford Police, continue to investigate the death.
