Drugs form bulk of 53 Aroostook indictments

CARIBOU, Maine — Patterns of indictment repeated on Thursday, as drug offenses peppered the list of charges handed up against people in Aroostook County.

Aroostook County District Attorney Neale Adams said the Aroostook County grand jury completed its year of service Thursday, issuing 53 indictments against 50 people.

As in past months, drug offenses such as unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs were prominent on the list.

The indictments included:

Jeffrey B. Boyce, 40, Presque Isle, theft, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Douglas A. Everett Jr., 28, Washburn, burglary, theft.

Jessica L. Dama, 20, Fort Fairfield, theft.

Jennifer D. Hathon, aka Jennifer Morneault, aka Jennifer Hadfield, 34, theft.

Leo N. Corriveau, 79, Presque Isle, violation of conditions of release, criminal threatening.

Chad B. Walton, 27, Presque Isle, aggravated assault, violation of condition of release.

Jerry D. York, 24, Presque Isle, operating after revocation, violation of condition of release.

Jeremy S. Laflamme, 26, Presque Isle, aggravated criminal mischief.

Jeffrey E. Curtis, 23, Castle Hill, theft, two counts theft by deception, forgery, misuse of identification.

Mellissa A. Genthner, 29, Presque Isle, theft.

Ryan C. Young, 28, Alfred, aggravated forgery.

Amanda K. Sherman, 31, Houlton, forgery, theft.

Angel Montes, 32, Presque Isle, burglary, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime with injury, criminal mischief, violation of condition of release.

Dana S. Patten, 20, Presque Isle, burglary, theft, violation of conditions of release.

Shawn M. Maxfield, 26, Fort Fairfield, operating after revocation, violation of conditions of release.

Joshua A. Martin, 21, Connor Township, burglary, theft.

Willie N. York, 28, Mars Hill, receiving stolen property, operating after suspension, improper plates.

Aaron C. Dyer, 24, Mapleton, burglary (two counts,) theft (two counts,) violation of conditions of release.

Bobbie Jo Cameron, 40, Caribou, criminal restraint by a parent.

David B. Taylor, 57, Standish, negotiating a worthless instrument.

Adam P. Lizotte, 21, Fort Kent, gross sexual assault.

Garnet Madden, 20, Fort Kent, burglary, theft.

Skye W. Buck, 19, Fort Kent, burglary, theft.

Brittany Pelletier, 18, Fort Kent, burglary, theft.

Dean J. Loupin, 51, New Sweden, negotiating a worthless instrument.

Preston Brown, 24, Limestone, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, criminal operating under the influence.

Reginald Dube, 49, Grand Isle, acquiring drugs by deception, violation of condition of release.

Jason L. Crouch, 32, Caribou, assault.

Michael Z. Guimond, 30, Presque Isle, criminal OUI.

Judy A. Emery, 40, Caribou, stealing drugs.

Norris R. Frost, 25, Presque Isle, operating after revocation, possession of Schedule W drug.

Jason Stiller, 33, Caribou, sexual abuse of a minor, two counts.

Andrew K. Hunt, 23, Limestone, aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, criminal OUI, criminal forfeiture.

Adam Ansolini, 22, Presque Isle, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Tony Blouin, 28, Riviere Verte, New Brunswick, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Catherine Godin, 20, Riviere Verte, New Brunswick, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Michael H. Martin, 45, Caribou, two counts operating after revocation two counts, violation of condition of release.

Scott S. Dubois, 33, Caribou, violation of condition of release, tampering with victim, obstructing criminal prosecution.

James A. Anthony, 24, Houlton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

David C. Boles, 36, Houlton, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, two counts.

Joseph W. Degenhardt, 19, Houlton, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violation of condition of release.

Eric S. Tweedie, 45, domestic violence assault.

Edward R. Collins, 51, Houlton, failure to report.

Gregory A. Tidd, 44, Houlton, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, two counts.

Halston G. Wiley III, 27, Houlton, operating after revocation, violation of condition of release.

Joey Tardif, 41, Mars Hill, operating after revocation, violation of condition of release, domestic assault, improper plates.

Garry Kiser, 56, Villas, N.J., unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Sosaysyou, that is not correct. The man held in the Shorey case was Daniel Boles, not David.

Unbelievable!!! A 79 year old man (Leo Corriveau) of P.I. criminal threatening. I knew this man 20 some odd years ago... guess he had an awful temper, some things never change.

You'd think the ones that are 30 and over would learn to keep their noses clean and walk the straight and narrow. GROW UP PEOPLE... GET A GRIP!!! Be responsible, take anger management courses. Alcohol and drugs are ruining your lives and the lives of your families. Can't you see that?!!! I feel sorry for your children... stupid is as stupid does.
