DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine — A Medford man who police say pointed a loaded revolver at a state trooper was among several people indicted Thursday by the Piscataquis County grand jury.

David Hathorn, 54, of Medford, who police say refused to sign a summons and then pointed a loaded gun at a trooper, was indicted on two counts of criminal trespass, criminal threatening, failure to sign a summons, refusing to submit to arrest and violations of conditions of release.

Also indicted were the following:

Richard E. Ridley Jr., 32, Parkman, three counts of burglary in connection with break-ins at Northwoods Healthcare, Guilford Medical Associates and the Parkman town office. Substantial damage was done in the break-ins at all three facilities.

Sean McKinley, 24, Milo, two counts of eluding an officer on July 16 and Oct. 19 two counts of operating after revocation, two counts of criminal operating while under the influence of intoxicants, and aggravated operation after habitual offender revocation.

Jacey C. Lyford, 24, Orneville, burglary, theft and violation of conditions of release. Lyford is accused of a break-in at a Pleasant Pond camp in Orneville where a submersible pump and wiring were stolen.

Jeffrey Lyford, 37, Milo, burglary, Class B theft, and Class E theft involving a break-in at a Kimball Street residence in Milo on Aug. 24.

Alan Joseph Desouto, 61, Abbot, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, marijuana cultivation and criminal forfeiture. Police went to Desouto’s Abbot home on June 3 and allegedly discovered five marijuana plants. They also found he possessed several guns, which were seized.

Gary Robert Golden, 49, Monson, assault, terrorizing, domestic assault, domestic terrorizing and criminal mischief involving an incident with a female on July 7 in Monson.

Roy Lemieux, 67, Sangerville, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Lemieux had been convicted of theft by authorized taking in July 2008.

Steven Robichaud, 36, Etna, burglary and theft in connection with a break-in in May in Atkinson.
