ANAHEIM, Calif. – Alice Kelley Farnsworth, 72, a long time resident of Anaheim, Calif., passed away peacefully March 4, 2005. Born July 30, 1932, in Jonesport, to Oscar and Frances Kelley the forth of six children. She was president and salutatorian of her high school class, and a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and Order of the Eastern Star. Married to Phillip Farnsworth in 1950, they moved with three young boys to Anaheim in 1958. A homemaker for much of her life, she help raise four boys, David, Dana, Peter and Kelley, and one girl, Pamela. Returning to the workforce she spent 12 wonderful years with the Automobile Club of Southern California. Alice loved to be around people and her hobbies were gardening, playing bridge, bowling and dancing. She is survived by her children, three sisters, Jean Reed of Jacksonville, Joyce Emanuel of Laughlin, Nev., Adelaide Fogg of Penobscot; and three grandchildren, Phillip, Madison and Alice. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers, Frederick and Roger. Alice was a special person, wonderful mother and a great friend. All that knew her will miss her greatly
