LUBEC – Christine M. Bronson, 83, died April 8, 2008, at her home. She was born Nov. 10, 1924, in Trescott, the daughter of Carl and Ada Mae (Sawtelle) McFadden. She graduated from Trescott Elementary School and Lubec High School. She work-ed for many years as a telephone operator and was also employed by American Can Co. She is survived by two sons, Joseph A. Morrison and fianc?e, Cindy Chagnon, and Richard C. Bronson and wife, Janice; two grandsons, Bobby Bronson and special friend, Jen, and Martin Bronson and wife, Lehann; great-grand-children, Joelle and Haley; a special friend and sister-in-law, Pauline McFadden; many nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Theresa and Don Lord; and her special caregivers, Debbie Newman and Edna Newman. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ralph C. Bronson; a brother, Myron; and a sister, Helen Pressley. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 11, at Greenlawn Cemetery, Lubec, with Pastor Gary Look officiating.
