VAN BUREN – Dorothy C. Mosesson, 72, died Jan. 13, 2007, at a Portland hospital. She was born Sept. 9, 1932, in Van Buren, the daughter of Peter “Pitou” and Emma (Madore) Carrier. She is survived by three brothers, Robert and Gilman Carrier, both of Van Buren, and Richard Carrier of Florida; one half brother, Fred Carrier of Florida; one half sister, Gladys of Florida; and two step-grandchildren, Elaine Smith and Steven Seigel, both of Connecticut. She was predeceased by her husband, M. Robert Mosesson in 1991; one half brother, Lawrence Carrier; and one half-sister, Doris Carrier. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at the St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church. Spring interment will be at Grande Riviere Cemetery.
