HOULTON and PATTEN – Edna L. Rigby, 94, died Feb. 28, 2007, in Houlton after a lengthy illness. She was born March 6, 1912, the daughter of Carylon (Willy) Fitzgerald. She cared for special needs children and senior citizens for many years. She is survived by one son, Roderick and his wife, Monika Rigby, of Saginaw, Mich.; one daughter, Priscilla and her husband, Carl Lord, of Houlton; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and a close cousin, Lizzie Schools. She will be remembered by a very close friend, Geneva Glidden. She was predeceased by a longtime friend, Robert MacArthur; a stepson, William MacArthur. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Crystal Wesleyan Church with the Rev.
