When the time came, we suffered too, for you never deserved what you went through. You did so many things for us, your heart was kind and true, and when we needed someone, we could always count on you. They say there is a reason, they say time will heal, but neither time nor reason will change the way we feel. So you who have a mother, cherish her with care, for you never know the heartache when you see her empty chair.
