BREWER and MERIDEN, Conn. – A memorial service for Rosemarie Mills will be held at 8 p.m. Monday, at Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer. Burial will be at a later date in Connecticut. Rose’s family wishes to thank the loving people who helped take care of her.
