BREWER, Maine — All in-person voting for the elections will take place at Brewer Auditorium this year, a change from years past when early votes could be cast at City Hall, City Clerk Pam Ryan said Monday.

Absentee ballots for the Nov. 4 state and local elections are available and may be obtained by calling the city clerk’s office to have one mailed or by stopping by City Hall.

Ballots can be mailed or dropped off at the Brewer Auditorium during early voting hours.
Registered voters can vote in person by dropping by the Brewer Auditorium starting on Oct. 20 and casting their vote by absentee ballot or can choose to cast their ballots between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Election Day.
“That’s if they want to vote in person,” Ryan said.
In-person absentee balloting will take place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, Oct. 20 to Oct. 31, between 8 a.m. and noon Nov. 3, and from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 3.
