UM-Farmington 3, UNE 1
At Biddeford, University of Maine at Farmington scored three unanswered goals to defeated the University of New England.
Alyssa St. Pierre, Hattie Agnew and Ashley Wentworth scored for the 7-5 Beavers. Emma Deans provided two assists. Bethany Marshall and Elyse Cole also had assists. Kaeleigh Barker saved six of 14 shots.
Taryn Flagg scored an unassisted goal at 8:58 in the first half for the 4-7 Nor’easters. Ayla Nelson stopped eight of 16 shots.
High School Field Hockey
Nokomis 4, Belfast 1
At Newport, Sabrina Vaillancourt and Jordin McGinnis each had two goals and an assist as Nokomis defeated Bel-fast.
Maria Adams saved nine of 10 shots for the 11-1-2 Warriors.
Sami Bark scored a second-half goal with an assist form Ori Downs for the 9-5 Lions. Paxton Mohney stopped 12 of 16 shots.

Central 4, Old Town 0
At Corinth, Rachel Trafton and Logan Wilson scored two goals apiece as Central shut down Old Town.
Wilson also recorded an assist for Central. Brittany Cote stopped five of nine shots.
Heather Nye turned away six of 13 shots for Old Town.

Hermon 2, Orono 1 (2OT)
At Orono, Lily Barry scored the winner with 3:57 left in the second overtime to lift Hermon over Orono.
Barry scored with 12:13 left in the first half off a Jaimie Beers assist as Hermon ends its season at 5-9. Jamie Roy saved six of seven shots.
Jill Tuell tied it at 1-all with an unassisted goal with 5:21 left in the first half. Amber Saucier stopped 15 of 17 shots for 4-10 Orono.

Mount View 2, Erskine Acad. 0
At South China, Alonia Horton broke a scoreless tie with 13:28 left in regulation and assisted on Brianna Moody’s insurance goal 2:03 later.
Hayleigh Kein had an assist and Juni Garvin made three saves for 10-4 Mount View of Thorndike.
Barbara Outten made 19 saves for 3-11 Erskine Academy.

At Fort Kent, Brianne McGary scored a goal and assisted two others as the University of Maine at Fort Kent beat the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
Whitney Sinclair and Emily Burnett had a goal and an assist for the 11-3-0 Bengals. Pamela Peralta also scored. Kayla Daigle saved three of five shots.
Katie Moody and Makayla Gahagan scored for 9-3-2 UM-Presque Isle. Chelsea Boudreau assisted Gahagan’s goal. Billie Martin stopped five of 12 shots.
Mens Soccer
Bowdoin 3, Husson 1
At Bangor, Call Nichols and Nick Powell scored goals as Bowdoin College defeated Husson University.
Bowdoin went on the board 23:32 into the game on an own goal by Husson. Ben Denton-Schneider assisted Powell’s second-half goal. Dan Hicks turned away five of 11 shots for 5-4 Bowdoin.
Justin Gauvin scored with an assist from Tyler Metevier in the second for 7-6 Husson. Brad Ala saved eight of 29 shots.
UM-Fort Kent 7, UMPI 1
At Fort Kent, Jermaine West scored two goals as the undefeated University of Maine at Fort Kent beat the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
Andre Anderson had a goal and three assists for the 12-0-0 Bengals. Jarryd Phillips and Luka Odak both scored a goal and provided an assist. Keith Williams and Emlyn Jacoby also scored. Giovanni Sinclair saved one of two shots.
Mat Carrington scored the last goal of the game for 8-4-1 UM-Presque Isle. Richard Felbaum made five saves on 22 shots.
Girls Soccer
Lee 5, Bangor Christian 0
At Lee, Katelyn Mallett had a hat trick as Lee Academy beat Bangor Christian.
Heidi Sappier added two goals and an assist for the 5-6-2 Pandas. Carolyn Albert and Becca Dow provided assists. Freshman Felicia Thornton turned away seven of 16 shots to earn her first shutout.
Whitney Holmes and Abby Vicnair combined for 11 saves on 22 shots.
Penobscot Valley 4, Penquis 2
At Milo, Katie Whitten scored with 23 minutes left to snap a 2-2 tie and spark Penobscot Valley of Howland to victory over Penquis.
Jordan Leveille scored two first-half goals for the 9-2-1 Howlers and Erin Dawson provided an insurance tally. Casey McCloskey made 19 saves on 28 shots.
Kayla Webb and Erica Lyford netted one goal each for the 2-11-1 Patriots. Kristyn Chapman registered 23 saves on 32 shots.
Bangor 9, Brewer 0
At Bangor, senior midfielder Nicole Stairs recorded a first-half hat trick while classmate Kendra Lenz scored 1:30 into the match as Bangor over-whelmed Brewer on Senior Night.
Two of Stairs’ goals were set up by Jenny Leach, one off a throw-in and another on a long pass down the left flank.
Graham scored a second-half goal and assisted on Lenz’s tally for the 9-2-1 Rams, which out-shot Brewer 46-6.
Megan Doucette and Sadie Redman added goals while Amy Connor, Annie McKay and Eliza Estabrook each had an assist for Bangor. Kortnie Hudgens recorded four saves and Mia Smith two.
Melanie Judkins had 10 saves, Colleen Gilley five and Hannah Simmons five for the 1-12 Witches.

At Mars Hill, Fort Fairfield received goals from five players to upend Central Aroostook.
Courtney Churchill, Brooke Beaulieu, Rosemary Williams, Lindsey Graves and Emily Wesman scored for 8-5-1 Fort Fairfield and Katy Donovan made four saves on eight shots.
Kristen Long scored for 4-9 Central Aroostook and Vicki McIntyre and Desray Brewer combined for four saves on 15 shots.

At East Machias, Irene Lewey scored two unassisted goals to help lead Washington Academy to victory over High-view Christian of Charleston.
Brandilyn Hodgdon had a goal and an assist for the 10-1-1 Raiders. Andi Flannery added a goal. Jesse Hardy and Courtney Radeka combined to save two of four shots.
Heather Dunfee and Anita Allard scored unassisted goals for 1-7-1 Highview Christian. Allard saved three of 16 shots.

Miranda Gove scored an unassisted goal in the first for 6-6-1 Dexter. Kaitlyn Caron turned away nine of 16 shots.
LCS/MSSM 9, Wisdom 1
At St. Agatha, Kellie Peers scored four goals as Limestone/Maine School of Science and Mathematics beat Wisdom.
Stacy Bernier had three goals for the 6-7 Eagles. Victoria St. Pierre had a goal and an assist and Shannon Leighton scored. Caitlin Good saved eight of 12 shots.
Chelsea Collin scored a second-half goal for 0-13 Wisdom. Suzie Collins turned away 12 of 23 shots.
John Bapst 1, Old Town 0
At Bangor, Kate Gerrow scored the winner with 10:28 left in the second half off a Morgan Chasse assist to lift John Bapst over Old Town.
The Crusaders avenged a 3-2 loss to Old Town in September.
Laura Jordan saved all 10 shots to earn the shutout for the 9-4 Crusaders.
Annie Cashon turned away 19 of 20 shots for 9-3-1 Old Town.
Orono 2, Searsport 0
At Searsport, Alex Crocker scored two unassisted goals, one in each half, as Orono shut out Searsport.
Ruth Mares saved four of seven shots for 6-2-4 Orono.
Sisters Sarah Bradshaw and Paige Bradshaw combined for 12 saves on 20 shots for 9-2-1 Orono. The Vikings were shutout for the first time all season.
Boys soccer
Hampden 8, Nokomis 0
At Newport, Kevin Angelinetta scored three goals and Thomas Hoffman had a pair to pace Hampden Academy past Nokomis.
Austin Michaud had a goal and an assist for the 7-3-2 Broncos as did Abdullah Alkhayatt. Matt Wibberly had the other goal. Brad Dolan, John Meehan, Corey Grover, Gerald Cushing and Ricardo DeLima had assists and Brad Melanson made seven saves on nine shots.
Justin Amoroso and Tyler Wintle combined for 12 saves on 23 shots for 0-12 Nokomis.

Bangor 7, Brewer 0
At Brewer, Clark Noonan scored three goals and Luke Hetterman added a goal and an assist as the Rams remained unbeaten.
Mack Susi, Dan Taft and Nick George also scored for 11-0-1 Bangor, while Johnny Warren, Ryan Larochelle and Cody Cormier each contributed an assist.
Bud Angst stopped all four shots on goal he faced to earn Bangor’s ninth shutout in goal of the season. Brian Kearns made eight saves on 15 shots for 5-6-2 Brewer.

Fort Fairfield 1, Cen. Aroostook 1 (2OT)
At Mars Hill, Jeremy Dillon scored an unassisted goal with 13:46 left in regulation to enable Fort Fairfield to earn a tie.
Dan Brewer scored a first-half goal for Central Aroostook.
Austin Dufour made seven saves on 15 shots for 8-5-1 Fort Fairfield while Tyler Rusby made six stops on 13 shots for 7-4-2.
Woodland 7, East Grand 2
At Woodland, Chad James had a first-half hat trick as Woodland defeated East Grand of Danforth.
Brad Arthurs had a goal and two assists for the 8-4-1 Dragons. Ben Sears had a goal and an assist and Zach Graybill also scored. Kyle Pike provided two assists as Andy Brown and James each had an assist. Todd Wormell saved five of seven shots.
Abe Brittain scored off a corner kick for 0-12 East Grand. Adam Gilman added a goal. Brittain and Aaron Henn combined for 45 saves off 52 shots.
Calais 2, Shead 1
At Eastport, Ben Pagels broke the 1-1 tie with 5:15 remaining in the first half to lead Calais past Shead.
Pagels also scored with 12:27 left in the first for Calais. Jordan Leeman saved 17 of 20 shots.
Tommy Pottle tied it at 1-1 off a Dave Medeiros assist with 7:50 left in the first for Shead. Tyler Mitchell stopped 19 of 22 shots.
Madawaska 8, Van Buren 0
At Van Buren, Shawn Parker and Nathan Beaulieu notched two goals each as the Crusaders improved to 11-0-2.
Michael Cannan, Kyle Pelletier and Dylan Westmore contributed a goal and an assist apiece, while Ethan Welch scored once. Jon Lee added an assist and Nate Beaulieu made three saves on three shots.
Jordan Banks made nine saves and faced 19 shots for 1-11-1 Van Buren.
High School Field Hockey

At Lincoln, Adrianna Eurich scored three second-half goals and assisted on a first-half tally to propel Stearns to victory.
Katie Mills and Becca Leavitt each posted a goal and an assist for the 11-3 Minutemen of Millinocket and Kaylee Bradford netted one goal. Shannon Murchison added an assist. Kristen Marter made seven saves on 11 shots.
Colleen Albert came up with 11 saves on 21 shots for 5-9 Mat-tanawcook Academy.
