LEESBURG, Ga. – Master Sgt. Roland Gerard St. Peter, U.S. Air Force, retired, 61, died Saturday, July 4, 2009, at his residence. A native of Caribou, Mr. St. Peter was a retired master sergeant from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service. He lived in Leesburg, Ga., since 1994, where he retired from the civil service at the Marine Corps Logistics Base after 11 years. He was also a member of Riverpointe Golf Club, where he was an avid golfer. He was of the Catholic faith. He was predeceased by his father, Alex St. Peter; his brothers and sisters, Lorraine St. Peter, Bobby St. Peter and Raynold St. Peter. Survivors include his wife, Cecile St. Peter of Leesburg; a son, Robert Alex St. Peter and his wife, Juliane, of Sedgwick; a stepson, Randall Ralph Wilkerson Jr. and his wife, Tamecka, of Dawson, Ga.; a daughter, Pamela St. Peter of Portsmouth, N.H.; his mother, Claire Cadorette St. Peter of Caribou, Minn.; his brothers and sisters, Dora Theriault and her husband, Al, Gloria Kelly and her husband, Jim, Danny St. Peter, JoAnn Nadeau and her husband, Butch, David St. Peter, Raymond St. Peter and his wife, Danielle, and Brent Gagnon and his wife, Diana; three granddaughters, Luna Perry-St. Peter, Emma Perry-St. Peter and Ramiyah Wilkerson; a mother-in-law, Anita Chambless of Dawson; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Kimbrell-Stern. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kimbrell-Stern with interment afterward at Crown Hill Cemetery with full military honors, with the Rev. Bryan Johnson officiating.
