BUCKSPORT – Ethel M. (Harriman) Kimball died Dec. 16, 2009, in Penobscot. She was born June 26, 1921, the daughter of Ralph E. and Margaret K. (Staples) Harriman. Ethel married Charles W. Kimball, Nov. 10, 1940. She spent her early years working in Bucksport. She worked for Nickols Dry Goods and Fernald Clothing for 17 years. Ethel is survived by one sister, Virginia Small of Bucksport; four nieces and their husbands, Jean and Darryl Bagley of Orland, Dianne and Dick Findlay, Donna and Gordon Holmes, and Olivia and Sam Burgess, all of Bucksport; and one nephew, Olain Small of Florida. At Ethel’s request, there will be no services. Arrangements by Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport.
