HERMON – Raymond D. Spratt, 55, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2010, at a Bangor hospital. A memorial reception will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St., Bangor.
