Grand-families fundraiser in Old Town April 29

OLD TOWN, Maine — Volunteers from Families And Children Together will hold a Spaghetti Dinner from 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 29, at the Herbert Sargent Community Center. Dinner is $6 per person, $4 for children under 12, or $20 for a family of five. Tickets can be purchased at the door. All proceeds from this event support F.A.C.T.’s Pay It Forward Fund. which assists grand-families in crisis. Disabilities support group to show movie in Bangor

BANGOR, Maine — The Physical Disabilities Support Group meeting movie night at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 7, at Winterberry Heights, 932 Ohio St. This month’s movie features an individual who overcomes his disability from a wheelchair.
