What is your motivation to “Move and Improve?”
I seem to have fewer illnesses, more energy, and a better state of mind when I exercise on a regular basis. With my youngest out of the house, I have more time for me and I like the way I look and feel when I’m healthy.
What is your biggest obstacle to “Move and Improve?”
If I don’t get myself out exercising before 5pm, I tend to get lazy and not work out that day.
What kind of activities do you engage in to reach your goal?
I’ve been walking four or five times a week for years and now have added Zumba and square dancing to my weekly activity list. I also enjoy seasonal sports like tennis, snowshoeing, and nordic skiing.
