WATERVILLE, Maine — More than 50 underage Colby College students were summoned late Saturday after police charged them with illegal alcohol consumption at a party.
Two other people who weren’t at the party were, in separate incidents, taken to a local hospital later that night after police received calls they needed an ambulance on the school’s campus, according to a Morning Sentinel report.
One was a Colby student and one was visiting someone on campus.
The three students who are renting the Winter Street apartment were arrested and charged with providing a place for minors to consume alcohol, and also were summoned for illegal consumption of alcohol.
The students also could be facing discipline from the school.
