Shortage of skilled workers? maybe a shortage of businesses willing to train ? Lemforders and BAC hired help off the street. New bill LD1833 to allow 2 electrician helpers under one lic. Anyone who completed school and passed the lic. exam can get a Journeyman in train lic. and not be count as the ratio.
I hate to say this but some of these classes you can hardly call college like Pre algebra? I am thinking a lot of these things could be learned by self study and working in the field.
