OLD TOWN, Maine — An Old Town man was arrested last week on a felony drug charge in connection with an oxycodone trafficking operation.
Mark “Mikey” Neal, 28, is charged with Class B felony trafficking in oxycodone, punishable by up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $20,000 or both, according to Maine Drug Enforcement Agency Division Commander Darrell Crandall.
Neal’s arrest on May 16 was the result of an investigation conducted by MDEA with the assistance of the Old Town and Bangor police departments, Crandall said. He said that agents bought oxycodone from Neal on two occasions in March and that both of the illicit drug transactions took place in Bangor.

He did my first tattoo when he worked at riverside in Brewer, lol.
Yeah he did my first tattoo ever. Was a great experience, tat looks awesome still. I’m constantly getting positive comments about it, years after he put it on me.
He never ever ever worked at Riverview. It was a different shop, with a different owner that just happened to be in the same location. Big difference.
Ooops I’m wrong.
Maine Tattoo was better anyways.
hah, yes, drugs make tattoos better. I bet your taz and tribal armband are real sweet n’ blown out.
Let`s forget the tattoos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This guy represents the problem with society today.
How many lives were ruined because of the drugs he provided.
And before you say it, He didn`t force the drugs upon them, (maybe).
That is the real crime here but how can you determine how many lives he effected.
He effected no one!! People are old enough to realize drugs are bad. We get taught that in grade school. So if there is a market for people to buy drugs well, this guy with the tatoos is banking on it until he gets stuffed.
True, everyone is responsible for their own actions. However, how many of his “clients” would just go on without drugs in their lives had he not been around, no one can say. All drugs have a way of bending the minds of their victims, keeping them slaves to their addiction. One addict destroys the lives of everyone around them, family, friennds, children… the list goes on. Stopping the dealer will not magically turn all those druggies straight, but at least it will prevent the next generation of unhappy kids from getting hooked. And maybe without all the drug dealers to arrest, put on trial, incarcerate, feed and clothe for duration of the sentence, let them out so the process and the cost can go round one more time- Without having to put out all the money a drug dealer costs, We would have plenty of funds to help the unhappy kids grow into Happy, productive, responsible adults who contribute much to Life in the Most Beautiful State in America. Yes, taking down drug dealers is well worth it.
No wonder I couldnt get a hold of him for more tats
Best prison tattoos ever, prison will never be the same.
Its sad that its come to this. He really is a nice guy. I’m sure a buyer’s habit turned into a need to sell to support the habit.
This sort of thing can happen to anyone, good or bad. Sometimes we make decisions out of necessity, and most of the time those decisions turn out to be bad ones.
Hopefully this will force him to get clean. I know its fun to talk crap about people on the interwebs, I’m guilty of it myself. If you knew this person, you’d know he was a good guy who made some terrible decisions.
RE: “he ruined people’s lives”…I’m sure if he had told them “no” they would have seen the error of their ways and cleaned up, right? Being part of the problem isn’t an excuse, but you can’t tell me these people weren’t doing a good job of ruining their own lives to begin with.
He did one of my tattoos as well! Still very beautiful and I also get lots of positive comments on it. He is a nice guy just made some wrong decisions.
