AUGUSTA, Maine — Brig. Gen. Brent M. Boyles, assistant adjutant general for the Maine Army National Guard announced the promotion to the designated rank for Maine Army National Guard member:
• Katherine Ford, private first class, Surry, 185th Engineer Support Company.
Ford was promoted in July.
