CARIBOU, Maine — Four southern Aroostook County men nabbed by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency in September have been indicted by the grand jury for a number of drug crimes.
Ian Small, 21, was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs; Reggie McGary, 32, was indicted for aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs; and Micah Ryan, 20, was indicted for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs. All three men reside in Houlton.
The grand jury also indicted Robert Rutty, 33, of Crystal for two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Ryan is accused of selling suboxone. The others are accused of selling oxycodone.
The district attorney’s office released the indictment list on Friday.
According to Darrell Crandall, MDEA division commander, the investigation began early during the summer after police received multiple tips. As part of the overall investigation, MDEA agents purchased drugs from all of the defendants, some of them on more than one occasion. Not all of the accused worked together.
Crandall said that the charges against Small and McGary were aggravated because the two sold narcotics within 1,000 feet of a school.
The Class A crimes against Small and McGary carry a minimum four year prison sentence and 30 year maximum, while the Class B crimes carry no minimum, but have a 10 year maximum.
Looks like these guys wont have to worry about room and board for a while.

I miss the days when i was boxing and in boxing shape. i would remove that grins off Reggie McGary and Robert Rutty faces. hey reggie, your 33 years old, hangin around with 20 year old kids, you like little kids bud?
Now that surely will take care of things. That would only make you roommates with them. Not sure you want to go that route.
