BANGOR, Maine — Two people were charged early Sunday morning after Bangor police were dispatched to a residence for a loud party.

When three officers arrived at the Briarwood Drive residence, they could hear several people partying inside and outside the residence and encountered several people playing beer pong, a beer drinking game, outside, according to Bangor police.

The players subsequently ran inside the house, apparently dragging a keg of beer with them.

Police attempted to contact the property owner, and Officer Mike Brennan identified Joshua Heath, 20, who admitted he was intoxicated.

Eventually, Hannah Pray, 21, identified herself as the property owner, and was charged with providing a place for minors to consume alcohol, while Heath was summoned for underage drinking and given a ride home to his residence.

No arrests were made.
