BANGOR, Maine — Maintenance work will result in power outages in downtown Bangor on Oct. 15, according to Emera Maine.

The planned service interruption will last from 2-6 a.m., the company said in a statement.

Affected areas include portions of Franklin and Hammond streets, as well as several businesses, including the Penobscot County Government Office, WBRC, the Rock and Art Shop, the University of Maine System office, the U.S. Post Office and Northeast Occupational Exchange.
