THOMASTON, Maine — A 57-year-old Cushing man was sentenced Thursday to six months in jail after admitting to exposing himself to a female Walmart worker in the parking lot of the store.
Robert Demmons was sentenced by Judge Patrick Ende in Rockland District Court for indecent conduct.
The incident occurred at about 7 a.m. on Oct. 10. The employee was able to get the license plate number on Demmons’ vehicle and police tracked him down and charged him.
Demmons was on probation at the time on a drug trafficking offense from 2011.
