PORTLAND, Maine — Interstate 295 is expected to be snarled throughout the rush hour commute after a truck carrying logs dumped its load, according to a state police dispatcher.
The dispatcher said the accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. Monday.
Both sides of the interstate have been reduced to one lane.
No other information was available.
