PORTLAND, Maine — The median price for homes sold in Maine continued to rise in July, surpassing June’s median price for the first time in three years.
Marie Flaherty, 2015 President of the Maine Association of Realtors, said in a prepared statement that the figures reflect a stable market.
The July statistics released by the Realtors group show prices rose 4 percent as 20.2 percent more homes changed hands compared with one year ago.
