NEWBURGH, Maine — A local 78-year-old man reported missing Wednesday morning has been located and is safe.
Joseph Pelkey was located safely in Ellsworth Wednesday afternoon, according to Ellsworth police.
Police had issued a Silver Alert for Pelkey, who is believed to have dementia. He was found with a family member.
