FALMOUTH, Maine — Falmouth police are asking for the public’s help in finding Jay A. Schaefer, who was last seen Friday in the area of Sewell Street in Portland.
Police said Schaefer has health issues, uses a walker and does not drive or own a car. Police are concerned he may need medical assistance and said possible locations of interest are Falmouth, Portland, South Portland and Scarborough.
