WEST BATH, Maine — Jonathan Liberman, who serves as assistant district attorney for Sagadahoc County, was sworn in Monday afternoon as deputy district attorney for Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc and Waldo counties.
Liberman, 31, has served as assistant district attorney for Sagadahoc County for just more than two years. Before that he held that position for Lincoln and Sagadahoc counties, following one year in Rockland.
He graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 2010.
The position has remained unfilled for two years, since Eric Walker became a district court judge in 2014.
