FALMOUTH, Maine — Falmouth police have charged a man who allegedly exposed himself and masturbated when near female hikers at Blackstrap Hill Preserve.
On Sept. 15 and again on Oct. 11, female hikers reported seeing the man along the extensive trail system.
Detectives identified the suspect as Andrew T. Young, 29, of Portland. He was charged with two counts of indecent conduct.
Anyone who has experienced the same behavior within the trail system of Greater Portland is asked to contact Falmouth police at 781-2300.
