Maine Forest Rangers are hard at work after a lightning strike sparked a wildfire near Brandy Pond Saturday.
The lightning struck Saturday afternoon in the woods near Brandy Pond in northern Hancock County, near the town of Great Pond.
At 6:10 a.m., the Maine Forest Rangers tweeted that the fire was about 90 percent contained, with only two acres still burning.
No structures were threatened by the fire.
