Hampden-Hermon
Tryouts for the Hampden-Hermon American Legion baseball teams will be held on Sunday, June 3, at Bordick Park in Hampden. Players from Hampden Academy, Hermon High School and Nokomis High School in Newport, and any players from last year’s Senior Legion team are eligible. Junior Legion tryouts (ages 13-17) will be held from 10 a.m. until noon and Senior Legion tryouts (ages 15-19) are set for 1-3 p.m. Graduates who are 19 must have played Senior Legion the previous season.
