A 14-year-old Bath boy who had been reported missing by his mother Monday night was found late Tuesday afternoon.

Bath Police Lt. Robert Savary confirmed earlier on Tuesday that Dakota Parker reportedly left home at about 10 p.m. Monday after an argument with a family member. His mother then made contact with him and Dakota said he was on his way home, but he never arrived.

Police checked several places his mother thought he might have gone, with no luck, Savary said.

Bath Police Sgt. Mike Lathrop said at 6 p.m. Tuesday that Parker had been located Tuesday afternoon, but he said he was unable to share additional information.

Jennifer Parker posted on Facebook just before 3:30 that her son had been found safe.

Bath Police said on a Facebook post that “officers are looking further into the details of his whereabouts over the last many hours.”
