On The Border in South Portland is closing.
The manager said the restaurant’s lease was up in November and the rent was set to increase, so the owners opted to close instead.
The manager said he was not sure if the restaurant will move to a new location.
He said all employees have already found new jobs.
Tuesday is the last day when On The Border will be open. It is open until 11 p.m. Tuesday.
