A windy afternoon blew sawdust around North Anson artist Josh Landry as he worked on his wooden sculpture outside the home of Stephen and Tabitha King on Monday.
From a 5-foot-wide, 15-foot-tall ash tree stump, Landry has carved various woodland creatures sitting on and around a bookcase.

Landry expects to finish the project, which began in March, sometime within the week.
