The death of a man in Old Town over the weekend has been ruled a homicide.
Derek Blyth was found shot to death in an apartment on Brunswick Street about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, according to Katy England, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
England said the suspected shooter has been questioned, but no charges have been filed.
No additional information was released Monday morning.
