A man died after being hit by a pickup truck in Portland on Tuesday.
The truck, driven by a 24-year-old who was not identified, struck the pedestrian near 557 Riverside St. at around 2:47 a.m., according to David Singer, spokesperson for the Portland Police Department.
The pedestrian, who has not been identified, died at the scene of the crash.
The Portland police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
