Two people were badly injured in a head-on car crash in Windham on Thursday.
At approximately 2:14 p.m., officers from the Windham Police Department responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 302 and Maverick Lane, according to Chief Kevin Schofield.
The vehicles, with one occupant in each car, were badly damaged.
The drivers, who have not been identified, were transported to Maine Medical Center with significant injuries.
