A downed tree in Old Town knocked out power for around 2,000 households on Saturday.

The tree took out lines near Old Town Auto Parts on Center Street, according to a Facebook post made by the business. Versant Power’s outage map showed that as of 12:45 p.m., 2,357 housholds in the area were affected.

Power is expected to be restored by 6:30 p.m.

Further details could not be immediately confirmed.
