A Portland woman was found guilty of a $1 million fake investment scheme.
Jody Flynn Dalvet, 71, stole more than $1 million from five people in the scheme.
Dalvet made up fake financial reports and then spent what investors gave her on shopping, travel and more.
She faces up to a decade in prison after she was found guilty of theft last week.
She was convicted of the same crime in 2014 after stealing more than $330,000 from another investor.
