Step inside Bangor’s first tiny home park.

Randall Park, a community of 30 tiny homes located at 1337 Hammond St., is now open and accepting applications. The homes are 320 square feet, and each home includes one bedroom, a full bathroom, stainless steel appliances, a small front patio, some of which are covered, and one parking space in front of the home.

To demonstrate what living in such a small space could feel like, the Bangor Daily News filmed a walk-through video in one of the available homes. The entire interior of the home is captured in the 30-second video.

Monthly rent for the tiny homes is $1,300 per month with water and sewer included, according to Louie Morrison, one of the developers behind the project. Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet costs. Each unit has a heat pump for heating and cooling the units, but no laundry facilities.
