A Bangor man is missing.
John Perkins Jr., 37, was last seen on Dec. 9, according to Sgt. Jason McAmbley, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Department.
Perkins was living in Bangor, but left that residence without leaving a forwarding address or contact information, McAmbley said Thursday morning.
Perkins is 5-foot-11, weighs 160 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.
