A Bath man pleaded guilty to illegal possession of firearms in U.S. District Court in Portland on Monday.
Noah Sibole-Little, 29, threatened someone with a firearm in October 2024, according to the U.S. attorney’s office. When responding to the report, police found three pistols in a backpack Sibole-Little had been carrying.
He was banned from possessing firearms after being convicted of robbery and aggravated assault in Cumberland County in 2016.
Sibole-Little faces up to 15 years in prison and up to three years of supervised release. He also faces up to a $250,000 fine.
He will be sentenced following the completion of an investigation by the U.S. Probation Office.
