The driver of a motorcycle is dead after a collision with a tractor trailer in Bangor on Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred at about 4 p.m. at the intersection of Burleigh and Bomarc Roads, Bangor Police Sgt. Jason McAmbley said in a news release.
The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene, McAmbley said.
Police closed the intersection and planned to keep it closed for several hours to reconstruct the crash.
No additional information was immediately available.
