About a month ago, I went to Brewer to attend the first town hall for Jordan Wood, a Democratic candidate who I hope will unseat Sen. Susan Collins. I thought the audience would all be from the neighborhood, but people came from as far away as Rockland and Southwest Harbor hoping to find a new and better candidate.
Wood was asked challenging questions on a variety of topics and he did not disappoint. He was born and raised in Lewiston, worked as a chief of staff in Congress and he knows the ropes. He is young, sincere and very smart.
He has earned my trust. I would encourage every citizen in Maine to learn more about him and consider voting for him. Please visit electjordan.com
