HAMPDEN — Maine Savings Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Lee-Anne Storen to senior vice president of consumer lending. With more than two decades of service at Maine Savings, Storen brings a deep commitment to the credit union movement and a member-first mindset to her expanded leadership role.
Storen began her journey with Maine Savings over 22 years ago and has continuously advanced through the organization, holding roles in loan operations from manager to assistant vice president, vice president and now senior vice president. She currently leads the loan operations team, which includes underwriting and processing, loan servicing and credit resolutions. Her approach is rooted in delivering extraordinary service that is friendly, accurate, consistent and efficient for both external members and internal employees.
“Lee-Anne exemplifies the Maine Savings mission of going beyond banking,” said Rick Moore, chief lending officer. “Her leadership, integrity, and dedication to our members have strengthened the way we serve. I’m incredibly proud of her continued growth and the impact she makes every day.”
Throughout her career, Storen has demonstrated a passion for empowering members to achieve their financial goals. She is a certified Credit Union Compliance Expert and a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor. She was selected to participate in a Leadership Excellence program facilitated by an external leadership development firm, and is currently enrolled in the Breakout Leaders program. In 2021, she received the Cecil Porter Award — established to honor extraordinary service across the credit union — a moment she describes as especially meaningful, having worked with Cecil early in her career.
President and CEO Vanessa Madore added, “Lee-Anne has consistently modeled the values that define who we are at Maine Savings — excellence, trust, and community. Her passion for people and unwavering commitment to credit union principles make her an invaluable leader in our organization.”
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Storen is an active volunteer and currently serves as board secretary for the Christine B Foundation. She is also a proud resident of St. Albans, where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
This promotion is a reflection not only of Storen ’s outstanding contributions but also of Maine Savings’ commitment to recognizing and advancing leaders who embody its mission to inspire financial well-being.
