While in Bangor, Twain donated $25,000 in support of the Good Shepherd Food Bank of Maine. That amount is slated to go toward supporting 50,000 meals for Mainers in need. In 2024, around 50,000 Maine households received support from the Good Shepherd Food Bank and affiliated food pantries.
