When the National Guard takes over our law enforcement, who will be in charge on the streets? Will they be subject to the same restrictions that our professional law enforcement officers work under?
Are they familiar with the laws that our professional officers have been trained in? Are they familiar with the known criminals that are on the street? Do they know which places are the hot spots for criminal activity?
Will they be teamed with professional officers who know the streets? If they are teamed with the professionals, who will be in charge?
The National Guard, Army, Marines are not trained in law enforcement. They are totally different professions.
