There will be no parking at Merchants Plaza on Friday.
That will allow Bangor Public Works to pave the one-way section of Merchants Plaza beginning at 5 a.m. Friday, according to an alert from the city.
Any vehicles left in the area may be towed.
Drivers should avoid the area or else expect delays.
