A missing Castine woman has been found safe.
Alison Macleod, 82, was reported missing after she was last seen about 4:30 p.m. Sunday leaving her home to go to Bucksport, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Macleod, who has cognitive issues, has been found safely, Moss said Monday morning.
